SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA ONLY
Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
SMECHY is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for reshipping your order at no extra cost.
CUSTOMS
Since we only ship within the USA, there are no customs fees associated with your order.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is 3-7 days.
This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude any unforeseen delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, in some cases, tracking may not be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping carriers, tracking updates may take 1-3 business days. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be shipped separately.
